Molly Kaufmann, M.A., SPHR is Sound Transit’s Talent and Organization De-velopment Manager. Her training programs specialize in leadership development, team perform-ance, managing change, conflict resolution, and human resources fundamentals. She holds an MA in Applied Behavioral Science with an emphasis in family systems and a BS in Human Resources. |
